Owner/Personal Trainer/Wellness Practitioner/Group Fitness Instructor
I would like to first off say Thank You! Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and consider joining us at our fitness location!
Let me introduce myself...
I grew up in the this area and as my home, I have always enjoyed being involved in this wonderful community. When I am not busy running around with my kids to their activities, I play woman's competitive volleyball, women's and co-ed slo-pitch, ski, hike, camping, obstacle racing, group fitness teaching, and golf. My education is in Personal Training and Health Professional, Certified Swedish Relaxation Massage Therapy, Certified Hot/Cold Stone Massage Therapy, Certified Chair Massage Therapy, Acupressure Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, as well as various group fitness instructor training.
What does "Trek" mean? What is health and fitness and how do we get there? The first thing that comes to my mind is it is like climbing a mountain! Attaining wellness is not a project where you start and finish with a final product. There are peaks and valleys, it can seem easy at times, and you go around a corner and what lies ahead looks impossible! It is an ongoing journey. You "trek" through the mountains! Low and behold, Trek Health and Fitness was born.
I am really looking forward to working with you to achieve your fitness and health goals. To accompany you along your TREK!
Thank you again for your interest in our Fitness Center!
